Please speak with airline's customer service desk, the airline direct has the most control over rebooking and immediate care (such as accommodation, food and refreshments).

If you are currently on a cruise
If your cruise is coming to an end, please check your flight status on the airline’s website and speak with onboard guest services before heading to the airport.
Should you get to the airport and your flight is cancelled, please speak with the airline's customer service desk, the airline direct has the most control over rebooking and immediate care (such as accommodation, food and refreshments).

If you are travelling in the next week
If you are due to travel within the next week, please be assured that we will update you if we are notified of any changes to your holiday.
There is no need to contact us at this time. To ensure we can reach you, please keep your mobile on and monitor your emails, for any updates.
Before leaving for any airport, please check your flight status directly on the airline’s website or app.
If you experience a cancellation whilst at an airport, please go to the airline’s customer service desk for assistance, they have the most direct control over your booking, including immediate care, such as accommodation, food and refreshments.
If you are travelling at a later date
